What’s a good local shop to get this installed at in the Vancouver Area?

i would suggest to phone around and see what each shop charges
if you could post it here after that would be awesome

smaller shops

Stop Stop inc ( mostly bmws and classic sports cars )
Amayak Auto ( mostly european cars )
NR Auto ( cheap all around mechanic that i know did a few turbo replacements

if anyone knows any more shops in the area please chime in

Nixon - $8600 all in for OEM turbos

Racing Greed - 16-18 hrs (~2000-2400 after tax and shop expenses) + $2000 CAD for Vargas Upgraded OEM turbos

CG Motorsports - Only want to do OEM, so similar to Nixon I'd guess?

damn nixon is so damn expensive

maybe phone some smaller indy shops ? im sure someone will do it for 1500-2000

try amayak auto in new west... smaller shop but they do a lot of bmws

Woow..smh. You can get turbos installed anywhere from $900 - 1200 from REPUTABLE shops in the GTA

more shops = more competition = better prices

Give Kuen a call at Starcrest Automotive. Great guy and very reasonable. He's been doing the service and repairs on my X5d

Onyx Automotive in surrey is good. I've been taking my e92 to them for the past 3 years. They have always been honest and price is always reasonable.

if you are planning to tune the car might as well change inlets while you are in there

Let us know once you've had the turbo's installed. I am getting the same ones with upgraded thrust assembly and wastegate but same compressor wheel that'll be going in the car in a week or two
