Is it anyway to remove speed limiter of 250km/h with the procede v3?

Speed limiter defeat is already built-in into PROcede v3. No need to do any extra wire work.

It is always defeated. It is built into the maps.

That means that with version 3 maps the car's spedd falls from 250km/h to 220km/h ???
I hope some newer maps coming up soon

I hope some newer maps coming up soon
No my friend...this is not the case. 130mph is just the roadspeed that ECU reads...the actuall speed can go up to the 290~300KM/H (if you have the guts to go up there )
