Custom cut windshield shades

Since apparently Covercraft is not making a custom cut shade for our cars, which I have used in the past and really enjoyed their fitment, what are others using currently when having to keep it parked out in the sun?

Coverking "appear" to have two types of custom covers for a G87 M2. When you go through the ordering process, the detail of the cover to be produced is listed a G42 coupe cover, but that should be the same I believe.

Has anybody gotten one of these? Wanting something too, as they are pretty vital in my locale...

I have the Covercraft shade but no car yet. I also have one for the RS3 and it fits well which is why I went ahead and ordered one for the M2. I have a coupon code for $25 off if anyone wants it.

Thank you for that thread. I will be looking at it today. I hadn't thought about just doing the 240 but if fitment is as good as advertised that should work. And sure share the code!

Shouldn't it be similar to G82 M4 since they share the CLAR platform?

It’s the exact same one as the M240i.

The Covercraft shade for our pair of 2019 M240i fits our 2024 G87 perfectly.

I will say for all the reports of Covercraft taking forever recently they must have addressed their logistics. Ordered on 10-17 and just received update its out for delivery today.
