BMW 3 Series E90 tyres

Hello when I brought my car it had run flats low profile tyres I changed them all to normally tyres but the same size, now I realised that I should not have got low profile tyres because they keep getting damaged going over pot holes ect! Does any one have any advice on what size tyres I should get? Could I get the same size all the way round?
At the moment my front ones are: 225/35/19 and rear 255/30/19!!

It sounds like you have sport package with staggered 19s... that's about the way it's going to be unless you go down to some 18s or 17s. Here's a calulator you can play around with: https://tiresize.com/calculator/
I personally don't like less than a 40 profile tire for this same reason. They look good, but they cost more, wear out quickly, and are too delicate.
