E92 aftermarket angel eyes flicker

Hello I installed these angel eyes on my 2007 e92, they are flickering very lightly at high frequency. I managed to somehow fix it when engine is turned off by coding, but no success when engine Is running. It has to do something with PWM. Anybody has any idea how to deal with this? It seems like voltage has no effect on the flicker. On drl with higher voltage they flicker, but also only on parking lights where voltage Is lower. I have them connected to original angel eyes cables. Original bulbs Are not present anymore.

Need to increase the voltages with coding. Different parameters with engine on vs engine off.

Do you only see this through a camera or do you also see it in person? If you see it in person then it may be a defective bulb.
