Alpha One Lightwave
Is anyone running the new Alpha One Lightwave amplifier for the Logic7/Harmon Kardon/ individual audio systems? Is it worth the money?

Only other amplifier that is a plug and play on the Most Bus interface
is the Mobridge. It looks like they have done quite a bit in the way of tuning the DSP on this to make it very tunable. I wish they would list the watts per channel and distortion specs at Power . Looks like they might have contracted with Audo Tech Fisher to make it. |

I forgot the MoBridge was already out for cars with the MOST system. But yea it looks like they have spent a lot of time making the DSP tuned for these cars. I wonder if they would disclose the power per channel and other specs, or maybe they have some reason to keep this secret. Either way, seems like a good plug n play option, but pretty pricey IMO

Did you get the price for the amp alone?
I visited there site because I was curious but no hard data on amps per channel . It looks like as with any other upgrade you have to get all aftermarket speakers to make it really sing. They have a chat window hovering so you could ask them I didn't bother because I am not in the market for one. |
