For some reason, my left rear door won't auto-lock/unlock. I tried the key fob, touching the driver's door handle, and pushing the center console unlock button, but nothing worked.

The only way to unlock it is if I open the handle inside the car from the rear left passenger side, and the only way to lock it is by pushing down the lock and closing the door.

I'm unsure if this is a blown fuse or actuator issue so any help would be appreciated.
