I've been noticing a strange ringing/whistling noise coming from the vents. I've added a video showing the noise. Does anyone know what might cause this? It is especially noticeable when braking or when accelerating and letting go of the gas pedal

Once I turn the vent blower off, the sound stops, so it has to be related to the blower/vents

I did recently try installing a mirror tap into my rear view mirror to power up my radar detector, could this sound be because something is wrong with the electrical wiring? Or is it unlikely that the wiring of my rear view mirror has anything to do with the state of my blower

Very annoying sound so I appreciate any help!
