Sorry to bring back an old thread, but I'm looking at putting this wheels onto an e92 with 335i m-sport. Just wondering will I have to roll the guards? Tires are 245 /40/18 and 265 / 40/18.

Thanks

Did you had rubbing issues? What tyre sizes you got? What about rolled fenders? I want to also install this tyres in my car.

This wheel style is 219. There are many posts regarding this wheel.
225-40-18
255-35-18
tires is the proper size for E90, E92. This size will stretch the tires on this wheel a tad and will help with slight rubbing or no rubbing on pre LCI E90.
I would roll the rear fender to be safe. Front is fine.

I have these same style 219 wheels on my 2011 E90 335i. I have the square setup (regarding the wheels) because I knew the back might rub with the rear wheels that are 1 full inch wider then the fronts. I have 245/40 ZR 18 (fronts) & 255/40 (rears) with great results. I occasionally will rub just a touch in the front on big dips on the highway. But this is only because my car came with the M-Sport package & the factory springs were super short to begin with.

A bit too meaty for me, I run 235/40/18 and 265/35/18 on my Style 189's and like the look but you do you.

The E92 body kind of tucks in more so than the e90 and if you were to lower it, you WILL rub in the rear. I'd be careful going on the sport springs. I would say change the tire size but def not a 265 in the back with springs.
I rubbed a bit with my M220 and 275/30 and 265/35 rears. But 265/30 had no issues at all.

Same offsets as these.

I am currently running the same size tire / offset apex (1mm difference).
