Traction control going 60mph
Hi there so i recently just bout a 2008 320i m sport but when I’m going around 60/70mph, my what seems like traction control is kicking in and not letting me out any power on. I have to turn it off to be able to go faster but I think i may have found the problem as my front right disk is making constant squeaking sounds and is always boiling hot after a journey compared to others. Could this be what’s setting the traction off going bigger speeds ?

Probably not, but you certainly need to fix that!
More likely the reluctor rings on the rear axles are getting a bit rusty. You could space the rear wheel speed sensors out a bit using a washer under it on the bolt. See if that relieves the symptoms |
