Hello,
I have a 2009 BMW 328i Convertible with 155k miles. The service engine light came on. I pulled the code and it said the Thermostat. Should I just replace the Thermostat or also replace the Engine Water Pump while doing the Thermostat? The car runs great. Also, which brand parts do you recommend?

Doing both at the same time is best practice.
Pierburg is recommended if not going with BMW.

Consider new hoses while you are in there. It's not a hard job, just take your time.
