Tow hook storage?

Does anyone know where the tow hook is supposed to be stored? There's nothing under the trunk floor other than the battery...I currently have it next to the tire inflator bag which feels off?

It’s inside the tire inflator kit, bottom zipper.
The information above is inaccurate.

Exactly in this bag, the one with the tire repair kit. My car came without the hook and I later had to claim it from the dealer.

(I put the same photo that I sent to the dealer)

And here is the hook they gave me:

Thanks for the reply!. Do you have any image of the correct hook or the OEM?. It is to claim it at the dealership.

The hook they gave me, despite not being the correct one, does fit in the bag.

If you're looking at a more esthetic option, you can go aftermarket.
IND-Distribution has a few different options for tow straps. These ones match the seatbelts in the car.

Sorry to hear. They look great on, hopefully I never really use them.

They screw in like a traditional tow hook. Open the cover and screw the strap/hook in. I cut the covers to show the strap. I believe IND sells pre-cut covers if you're interested in not doing a home made chop shop.

Ah gotcha. You made the slit but they sell them like that too, gotcha. Being screwed on is a good thing! Thought it was mostly for show.

These are not only for show. They are designed and manufactured by Fall-Line Motorsport. The tow strap shank screws in just like factory and the strap is meant to tuck in and hide behind the cover.

We produce slotted and painted covers for those that like to show the different colors or tri-color strap off for a little flare.

I technically need it for the track, but I can't get over how expensive these are.
