You need to just sell your car and buy an M4.

There are a couple of aftermarket LSDs available for F3x cars - a much less expensive proposition than the M4 version, which is electronically controlled. Non-M F3x cars don't have the required wiring or DME programming to support that. Quaife is one brand, and VAC motorsports and some other tuners have LSD solutions as well.

Don’t forget there’s even an OEM M Performance LSD for the F3x.

I don't think the diff itself bolts on but if you get the whole subframe then you will only need to shorten your drive shaft and modify the rear brakes and schocks slightly.

Then you have the issue of the E-lsd which, without control, defaults to open. So you have to use a pwm to vary the clutch pressure. On the m cars, there is a module controller, that in different modes will actuate the clutch packs differently. Short of tapping into the cars wiring harness and reverse engineering the diff control module, you can control with a knob from a duty cycle controler from Amazon (30amp). The only problem is a manual control has limited useful use cases. Drag racing and drifting would be great at full lock. So if you want to instal a drift button, it's awesome.
Great way to get stronger axles also.

Hello hi I am just in the process of adapting the complete rear axle of m4 f82 on an e30.. it is a project that I am carrying out here in France.. I was looking for information on how to manage the diff lock and I came across your message.. could you explain to me in more detail the modification to manage the diff manually? sorry for my broken English!! to the pleasure

Iirc the M3/4 LSD is electro-mechanical.

Just go buy a LSD from diffsonline.com
