Coding AGM AH, go higher or lower??

Just replaced the battery in my 2010 328i with a 100ah AGM and after registering it and coding in NCS Expert I see that they only have a 90ah_AGM and 105ah_AGM options.

Is it better to code it as a 90ah or 105ah? Much thanks!

Lower FTW!

Always go lower, overcharging can kill a new battery.

battery bigger then coding, so you can never “overcharge”it.

i.e. try to put 100Ah in a 90Ah battery isn’t good for your battery

Coding for battery capacity is in groups of 10Ahr
- 90(-99Ahr)AGM
- 80(-89Ahr)AGM
- 70(-79Ahr)AGM
- 60(-69Ahr)AGM
