I "joked" around with my wife a couple years back that I have a sports car fund through work. She was laughing back then but now she loves me for predicting the future so well.

For those with good-excellent credit, USSFCU (or other credit unions) might be a possible option as well. We recently got approved by them for our M2, 5.49% for 48 months. We have good credit but not excellent (just a few points under their 760 cutoff). Could have been 4.99% if credit score was better.
As an aside, I want to give a big F-U to MOHELA and EdFinancial for duplicating my student loans on my credit report to make it look like I have 2X the debt (and yes, they apparently verified the non-existing loans even after disputing with credit agencies months ago). Bit salty about the extra half-percent of interest, but in the long run I know it won't make a huge difference. |

I think financing incentives will be coming. I noticed there is an new M2 deal on Leasehacker, stating $2000 off. I didn't look that close, but still shows softening demand.

It says: “No wait, no MSRP markup! Save over $2,000 on the highly coveted M2 Coupe — arguably BMW's best enthusiast car.” I don’t think that means under MSRP, maybe no additional $2000 ADM. Also it’s a lease, so they’re screwing you on money factor and residual. |

5.29% at 72 months with NFCU.
I will say that customer service with them has been absolutely top notch as well. |
