Just tell your passengers to take their prosthetic legs off. Macan is big enough in back seat for an average sized adult. Larger adults maybe take a different car or drive themselves?

Jokes aside...

Took wife to look at X3s. She wasn't impressed. It's a big step down from the X5 in terms of fit and finish. And I don't disagree. Then we popped into the Porsche dealership. Now we're talking. Didn't have time to take a Macan for a spin but they had a gorgeous T in Dolomite Silver.

A Macan doesn’t have that much of a better interior than a X3 M. I agree base X3s can feel cheap depending on the options.
I also would avoid getting any Macan with the 4cyl vs the BMW B58 / S58.

we have a gt3, new civic, last gen tlx (hers), and m2 comp

thinking of selling the m2 comp and tlx and getting a volvo xc60 or v60. it seems their bowers and wilkins systems blow away everyone else short of rolls royce and bentley. its quiet. you can get wool seats. the interior design is nice. the seat support/comfort is very very nice.

The only negative I hear about Volvo interiors is the infotainment. I rented an XC60 a while back and I was stunned at how good it drove. Very comfortable seats, excellent manners on the road. And that 4-cylinder impressed me.

Now that the Macan is out, we're going to check out the G30 next.

We're not quite there yet. The X3 and the Macan are out. G30 is next.

Appreciate everyone's help. Wife traded in the '20 M2 Comp for a '23 540i yesterday.

Has some nice options on it:

Interesting choice, didn't see that coming

I had an M550i for a few months and really loved this platform. Not one quality issue, looked fantastic and rode so much better than what I'm used to. Really miss that car.

We didn't either. But in the end, it ended up checking all the boxes. Well, minus an M5/M550i

Tested my m340i and the kia ev6 gt line and I preferred the ev6. Comfort, power and driving is miles better.

If that's your kind of thing, you should check it out.

I mean considering an inline 6 3 series now start at $60k more or less..... this is hardly surprising. Yes, I know this was close to E46 M3 money.
