Yes. They send out fake bills -- "Your Warranty Is About To Expire!!!" with fine print saying that it's a solicitation for sale of blah blah blah.
Totally scummy maneuver. I'd never do business with them just from that. edit: Bwahahaha! Google "National Dealership Warranty" and some threads at ripoffreport.com show up before the company's homepage. |

Somehow these guys got my cell phone number and I get 3-4 calls a day from them. The recording they use doesn't even recognize if I answer the phone or not so half the time I end up with a message in my voicemail with the recording already half over.
Calling sprint and trying to get the number blocked has thus far been unsuccessful

send 'em a bill, or file a complaint with the FCC. It's illegal to cold-call cell phones in the US. You might find an ambulance chaser who'll file the paperwork against them for half the fine or something.
