Exclamation Anyone need some injectors tested/cleaned?

***UPDATE*** Wow, I bet I've recieved at least 50+ messages from people wanting injectors flowed/cleaned/tested. I though I would just get a handful of injectors, not 300+. At this point, I'm probably going to charge a little bit just to cover my time and supplies. Nothing bad, just trying to break even. I already have several sets heading my way...looking forward to putting this equipment to work.

If anyone needs some injectors tested out, cleaned, flow tested, or just checked out...let me know. I've ran several sets of different single point, multi point, and piezo type injectors through my setup, and although I can't test the GDI injectors at 2,000+psi (most places can't), I can run them high enough to see if the spray patterns are bad, check the flow volume, ultrasonically clean them, check for any thermal anomalies, and get a pretty good idea how they compare to others in the set. I've found N54 injectors that don't leak, but are way down on flow, and have horrible spray patterns. I can generate varies types of reports showing flow trends, CC outputs, before/after cleaning flow rate improvements, etc.

At this point, I'm not charging anything for it (see update above)...I'm just getting my feet wet and learning the quirks and characteristics of different types of injectors. Ship me your injectors, I'll run them, clean them, generate reports for you, and you just pay for the shipping back.

Shoot me a PM if you are interested. Thought I might be able to help some people out.

Hm. I've got a set of series 11s that I swapped out a few months ago. I was chasing an issue but they apparently weren't the bug in the system.

A cleaning/testing would be nice to find out if they're worth keeping on the shelf for future use.

I've ran around 10 sets of N54 injectors across the testing/cleaning machine. It's amazing how many index-12's I've found that spray like a garden hose. Must be some sort of internal damaged.....but it's like they are just stuck wide open. I've never seen any other index injector do this....just the 12's.

Let me know if you need any injectors tested and cleaned. I can also do new oem seals and decouplers

I've got a used set of index 1's, supposedly with 30k miles on them, that I've been keeping as spares. Wouldn't mind having them checked (and seals installed)! PM me some details!
