My e91 wagon started making grinding noises, when I took it to the mechanic they drained the oil and found metal particles throughout the oil. The engine has not been torn down to identify the exact cause of the issue nor total damage.

Other than this, the car is in good condition. The transmission had an issue 2500 miles ago, and we replaced the mechatronics system.

I have decided not to replace the engine or spend the money to tear it down to determine the issue. Instead I'm offering the car for sale. I'm open to offers, as I'm not sure the actual value and willing to work with a purchaser.

The good:

* mechatronics unit replace at 106,792 miles
* tires replaced led than 10k miles
* interior in good condition
