Turbo keeps failing, 335 N54, bought 2 turbos already.

One day I changed boost solenoid and went out to test a car, car was sluggish, turbo was whistling and as an outcome, turbo failed(shaft snapped in half and ate compressor wheel). after some time I bought new turbo assembly, rebuilt turbos and it failed within couple of minutes. symptoms were: car was not boosting, so slow, turbo whistling sound again, and it was rear turbo again. anyone has any Idea? I am afraid to fail 3rd turbo.

I would check the oil line to the turbo. If it’s clogged or pinched….no oil to the turbo will pretty much kill it instantly.

agree, snapped turbo shaft often due to oil starvation.

+3, sounds like your turbo lines might be clogged/pinched.

Have you replaced the lines with each turbo? Also where are you sourcing the replacement turbos?

Way more info is needed but the above suggestions are good ones. I'd look there to start.
