What the heck is this reaction, dude is putting some kinda paint into a liquid, it goes solid and he is making pretend food ... ?

That's how we ordered food when I was in the Navy visiting Japan. We'd go to the display case of fake food and order what ever looked the best. We usually settled on the most expensive dish as we figured it had to be good. We usually weren't disappointed.

yeah that doesnt explain it, it takes about creating plastic molds injecting and then heating and spray painting

I'd say it's wax or similar, and hot. We're seeing the phase change, so no chemical reaction at all.
