BMW 330i N53 jerking when accelerating and misfires on almost all cylinders

Question for you all:

My BMW 330i E93 with the N53B30A engine developed jerking when accelerating. It started a few days ago and progressively got worse and worse. First it started jerking at high loads and low rpms, for example 3rd gear, 1000-1500rpm, full throttle it started to jerk, like really hard. When I didn't let go of the throttle, I would get a misfire on almost all cylinders at once, leading to a blinking orange check engine light that would turn into a continuous check engine light a few seconds later. A few days later it got progressively worse, now it jerks even under light load. the only time it doesn't jerk is when I drive in first and second gear with almost no throttle. The idle is also a little rough and the exhaust gasses smell like gasoline.

What I've done so far:
I checked the fuel rail pressure and its always around 200 bar, so it can't be the HPFP.
I replaced both upstream o2 sensors because I got the code P0030. Problem didn't get better.
Also its unlikely that its the injectors, spark plugs or the coils because it would be really weird for them to fail all at once.

What could it be? I was thinking maybe the EGR Valve is stuck open, but I was getting mixed opinions while researching.

I am now getting the error 2A0F too. But only now after replacing the o2 sensors, error wasn't shown before, even while the problem was there. So is it even related?

I am also getting 2E85. But I don't think that's related as I had it before the problem occurred.

I hope someone here can help me!

EDIT: I looked at the fault codes again and noticed that there are misfires only on all Bank 2 Cylinders (e.g. 4, 5, 6). Also, there is a noticeable loss of power which gets even worse when the misfires come. It seems like the car disables all cylinders 4, 5 and 6, it feels like the car is only driving on 3 cylinders. Also the car only revs to around 3000rpm now...

I'm NOT familiar with the N53, but IF Rail pressure is ALWAYS 200 bar/ that suggests a sensor/ wiring fault between Sensor & DME. I don't see any significance to your issue of any of 3 reported fault codes (O2 Sensor Heater, EGR Adaptation, Coolant Pump Communication).
BTW, what is SGBD/ Variant of your DME? MSD80?

Please provide the following:
1) Last-7 Characters of your VIN;
2) Make/Model of Scan Tool or diagnostic software (INPA/ISTA);
3) ALL Fault Codes in Fault Memory of DME & EKPS;
4) Pressure Values, read as Live Data for (a) Low Pressure Sensor, and (b) Rail Pressure:
i) with Ignition ON, Engine OFF;
ii) Engine at idle;
iii) Accelerator Pedal pressed to obtain 2K RPM;

With that data, someone can suggest NEXT Steps.

At the moment I unfortunately cannot test the rail pressure. I unscrewed all my spark plugs and the threads on cylinder 1 and 2 are dead. I need to get those repaired, I will keep you updated.
However, the last 7 digits of the VIN are ET47429.
I used INPA for diagnosing the rail pressure. I don't know if it's always 200 bar, but it's always around 200 in idle and while revving without being in gear. Didn't test while driving. In idle it bounces between 198 and 202 bar approx.

The fault codes are the following when it starts to jerk:
P0306 misfire detected on cylinder 6,
P0305 misfire detected on cylinder 5,
P0304 misfire detected on cylinder 4,
P0300 random/multiple cylinders misfire detected,
29D2,
29D1,
29D0,
29CC

Other codes I have are:
2E85,
2A0F
