i’m thinking about buying this e90 n54 with 130k miles, how much should i expect to spend on maintenance before modding it.

depends on what have been done obviously.

More expensive part is the injectors.

For the rest , there's a tons of info about what need to be done before modding, probably one of the most bmw modded engine

You would be the eighth owner, a huge red flag. No one can accurately recommend that car without a PPI, it could be in great condition or it could be on the edge of a major issue or issues.

Yeah I noticed that too, it’s at a dealership though so i’m going for a test drive this saturday and im going to check if it’s in good condition or not

Yeah i don’t think i’m going to buy this one, i’ve already found a couple that look a lot better
