RPM dropping below 600 on decel
Trying to figure out this issue I’m having with my 2011 335.
When coming to a stop sometimes engine will dip below 600ish rpm and sometimes will dip bad it will shake, then come back up and settle. This issue is ONLY, when coming to a stop and does not happen any other time. Not while I’m idling reversing etc. I have 0 codes relating to the issue and unfortunately don’t have anyway of doing a Log at the moment. I am currently stage 2+. Any ideas what this can be? Car is fine to drive otherwise. Would just preferably get this fixed before it becomes something else. |

Maybe start with a smoke test to see if any unmetered air leaks?
My car is still in the garage having some parts fitted to resolve a number of things including some air leaks on the turbo inlet and outlet that didn't throw any codes and were only found through a smoke test. |
