Well that and probably the fact he didn’t use BMW proprietary Distilled Water in order to achieve the 50/50 mixing ratio.

I only use the finest bottled water from Lidl. Not just the American Lidl. Imported from a German Lidl store.

Looks just like Audi G13 or Pentofrost E, with the silicates, sebacic and 2EHA. A silicated Dexcool clone?? I think the earlier BMW Blue actually had a different formulation. And that is not counting the newer Green BMW HT-12 coolant that is backward compatible.
