good deal indeed. the money factor and cap rate are the 2 most important things to look for in a lease. seems like you got a great deal! congrats!!!

oops sorry bout that. its a 4door sedan.i have a baby now so have to think family car with a little kick.So if this is a good deal then i'll go for it.I got my 2004 M3 from them then sold it.The dealer i am going to is Paul Miller BMW from wayne NJ.

The refreshed E90's are coming out for 09' probably why your getting such a nice deal!!
