Rear End Bad Wobble

Hey everyone,

Been noticing a very annoying issue every time I go over a bump or ridge in the road the whole rear end wobbles/shakes. I believe it is rear subframe bushings?

I increased the rear tire size from a 225 to 265 and noticed it a lot.

That being said what are my options? The car has 215k km on it so I would not be surprised if they need to be changed.

Should I do poly bushings? Solid or M3 bushings? Or go with inserts?

I will be tracking the car every once in a while and it will be used on the street.

Any help is appreciated
