335i e92 n54 transmission wine

Hi, 2 weeks ago i bought 335i with 215k km on it. New it starts doing some weird wine i think from transmission. When ist Cold a cant hear it but when it warms up and i let off the throttle pedal the wine comes. When I am accelerating i cant hear that much but like i said let off weird wine like from sequential gearbox but a lot less sound. I dont know what can it be can someone please help me?
