I used these for a few years in my 2006 330i with excellent results! These provide excellent bass/midbass, and would be excellent with or without a rear sub!

10" Morel sub/midbass drivers. Similar to these: ADMW 10 - Morel 10" 200 Watt RMS Subwoofer

With my current sub setup, I wanted more midbass upfront vs sub and went a different direction. These were pushed with 120W with my Helix P6.

They look a little rough but play and sound great! I did notice that perhaps the drivers side seat rail was slightly touching on top of the surround. Perhaps the enclosure could be slightly modified to fix this. This never impacted SQ or anything else. Other than that and directly wiring the speaker connections, this is mostly a drop-in for BMW E90's.
