puttin ZSP springs on my 330XI ZSP effect warranty?

My 330XI is coming in on the 13th of this month and I didn't realize that when you get the ZSP package on an XI the springs dont change. My question is if I installed a set of ZSP 330I springs will their be any issues? Also, will it effect the warranty? Ideally I want to get eibach springs but the car is a lease and I know BMW is strict with their moding policy.

Doesn´t matter which springs you get, putting them on won´t automatically impact your warranty.

However, if anything suspension related goes, and it even remotely looks like the springs were the reason, your entire suspension will be without warranty protection.
