Downpipe

I have a 2017 b58 with 68k miles
I was wondering if I should add a down pipe and stage 1 mhd tune would it harm my motor. Only reason I care is because of high mileage

A tune doesn't affect a 68k mile car different from a 6k car. Stage 1 is pretty conservative on MHD or bm3, the B58 is capable of a lot more. And 68k miles isn't exactly high mileage either.
