heard this senario?
Might sound like a blimp but i'll still ask
has anyone heard about anyone selling the car cheap to support charity &/or money to go to charity Senario: I am looking into a high milage car for very cheap, for which I will pay to middleman, (one of the major ones like ebay, yahoo motors or paypal etc) who will hold the money till I get the car delivered to me.Then on my saying ok, will release the funds to a charity that the other person has signed for. temptation: too good a deal to pass by 2005 5 series with 75000mls, for only 14000US inclusive of ship+hndling to nearest port Does it sound fishy in anyway. Its cheap but don't wanna be succer punched by a scamer (in the US)

There is a Similar topic about a Scammer in Off topic section. However in that case it was about some one moving to Europe and trying to offload their vehicle.
As for the charity part. Yes lot of people do that. But if you ask me I will say this is too fishy. |
