Does my car have an LSD or not?
If I jack up both rear wheels with engine off and in neutral and spin one wheel in the forward direction the other wheel spins in the same direction but a lot slower. If I spin it in reverse then the other wheel doesn’t spin. Does my car have open diff or lsd or something is broken?

I'm going to go with no LSD here, but only because that's the factory spec for your car. I don't think your wheel spinning test proves anything except it definitely doesn't have a clutch-based LSD.

Open diff. The wheels rotate just like mine.
Anyone into N54, none M BMW cars, etc. would openly tell you they upgraded the diff. It's a game changer for handling and corner characteristics. It's an expensive upgrade.
