Sounds awesome... really excited about this project and hoping that there's a carbon airbox coming eventually.

It can be done. It would probably necessitate a groupbuy for them specifically as it would be a higher price point and a lower volume of sales on those.

Carbon fibre is cool and all but would rather see them try to keep it budget friendly. Velocity stacks for the masses!

A filtered version with a cold air feed from the headlight area and a shroud around the filter to stop it sucking in hot air would be fine. If that needed to be in plastic rather than carbon to keep cost down I still think it would be worth paying for

would be there then be a difference difference to stock set up? I guess the constantly open throttle is deleted…
Longer runner lengths and dimensions to favour power higher in the rev range?

The cold air feed could be as wide as the space in the engine bay would allow. If it was open at the headlights, with the OEM feed connected, it would be equivalent of a huge diameter TB and intake probably 5+inches

Subbed for info on the group buy. I’m very interested, updates so far look and sound incredible

I wonder what kind of power output would be expected on manual transmission cars !
