Looks like the cars still won't come with PDC in the front

Wow, look at that Idrive screen. Its like comparing PS3 graphics to Atari. I don't even want to look at mine anymore.

nope about the same performance of a 330i. I drove the car and it is very close. I think my 330i is a little faster because of the manual. This is out of thr holr I am talking. On the highway the 335d is a beast.

except for the sake of driving. Diesel, no matter how well developed the engine is, will never top the ferocity of petrol. i PRAY that the diesel trend staarts to pick up in the US as it exploded in Europe. It's a smarter and more efficient way of travelling than recent failures such as hybrid cars. Personally, however, the petrol 335i will always be a winner for me. Then again, its all about preference.

The 335d is gonna be sick. People are gonna be tuning those things to produce an insane amount of power and torque. I'd say that the N54 community has to watch out!

When did you drive the car??????????????????
I drove it at training and it sounds nothing like a tractor. When did you drive the 335d again? FOOL

Front PDC is a joke on such a small car. You have to be kidding me right?

My CA at a Dealer in LA had a new BMW product briefing with a 335d in a hotel banquet room on 8/5. They provided an iDrive Demo and showcased the new 2009 Sedan LCI styling.

This might have been an East Coast new BMW product briefing of the 335d since the nav system was planning a trip to Boston.

I was wondering why a 3 series was in my hotel room when I woke up.

335d tops out at around 4000 rpm and should be $3000-5000 over the price of a petrol 335i.

Cheers,

Thank you for answering his question.
First off this thread was edited and chopped by the admins. Before all the pictures were attached here there was a link elsewhere, and in that post (which was easily read) it clearly states that the cap was the AdBlue filler. If you notice that later in this very thread the same question was asked..... people do not read!

So I was not being a smart ass. If I was smart I would give up this gig....

This is my first good look at the new hood design. I think it looks horrendous. WAY too many lines. Pre-facelift e90 FTW.

I have it and it's nice to have. Guess we have tighter parking spaces here than in the US.
Anyway, each to his own, if someone want's it, it's their money.
I'm glad I got it!
