N47 Timing chain and rebuild

Hi all,

N47d20c 2011 E91 320D

Took my engine out to do timing chain and ended up taking head off as saw debri in cly 3.

This is a video of the piston valve condition (above) - nobody knows what the debris is (below)!

https://youtube.com/shorts/1r4g1Ou0doc?feature=shared

Im going to take valves out to check they are not bent but is there anything else i should really check while head. Sump and oil pump are all off? Head and bottom end all looked in good condition, very clean. No debris in sump and bearings all looked good in situ.

Is it worth taking apart the big end/main bearings to check or potentially causes more issues? The engien idled ok just made a load of noise when revving. I presume chain was very loose or slipped and caused valve/piston contact. The rod bearings do slightly knock when shook hard but they all do it so presume it's normal when cold and no oil pressure?

Many thanks!
