Here’s where I settled at, the drivers side rear seems to be a bit lower so I’m going to sort it this weekend but passenger side is right where I want it

Looks good. I find the driver's side sits lower with my setup also. I fitted a Powerflex shim to raise mine up a bit.

I think it’s generally a good idea to allow 1mm between drivers and passengers side, just to allow for the weight of the driver.
Either way, very happy with how they’ve turned out, especially for the price. |

The main difference between the B14 & B12 kit is the spring rates..
B12 is a little more than msport springs, B14 are over twice as much - I've owned both and would go for the B14. Pretty sure the dampers are the same they both have progressive springs and on small bumps feel about the same. on big or sharp bumps you definitely feel the additional stiffness of the B14s B14's are sharper more direct handling The B14 have less rebound and compression so you don't bottom out or scrape like you do with the B12s. You also have better body control If your car has upgraded bushes (i.e not rubber) you'll want the B14 B12 springs are too soft for hard driving HPDE (you can use a stiffer sway to mitigate this though) Both aren't perfect but i'd go for the B14s. |

Little update to the thread: be very cautious with the bottom nut on the rear shocks, I was torquing it up and before it had clicked (25ft/lbs), the thread snapped.
Hoping Bilstein will replace it on warranty, if not they’re about £200 to replace. Worth being careful. |
