(Please help) Cyl 5 misfiring 07 335i

Getting a bad misfire on Cyl 5 on my 335i. Single turbo e85 car if that helps. Engine has been swapped and the Ethanol that has sat in the tank has been in it for months. Tank was cleaned along with the fuel pumps. The tank currently has 5 gallons of ethanol in it and it’s just giving me 2 codes, one for misfire at low tank level and the other for misfire on cylinder 5. Making loud popping noises from the exhaust at idle and when its being driven. Spark plugs, coilpacks, and injectors are all new and functioning properly. Done a compression test and I got 190psi. Does anyone have any idea of why only cyl 5 is misfiring?? Any help is appreciated

Start with swapping the spark plug and coil from cylinder 5 to another and see if the problem follows. New parts can be bad too. Have you got any other codes?

Already swapped the spark plug and coil and it was still reading cyl 5 misfire. I’ve already replaced the injector and at first, it was misfiring and showi g the cyl 5 misfire code. Now it isn’t showing it anymore but still misfiring. It does it badly when the boost wants to hit. I filled the tank full of ethanol and after 40 miles, it used half a tank. I’ve already sent my tuner a datalog but would like to get an answer here if possible..
