no audio or sounds in general, no chime, sos call malfunction, memory message

i have a 2007 e90 335i 6mt, i have no audio whats so ever, it shows bluetooth and aux port greyed out. radio stations don’t work. it has a sos call malfunction and whenever i try to turn the volume up a message pops up it says “press and hold the memory key to assign an entertainment function, phone #, or navi destination. i checked the optical cables to both modules in the trunk and they are growing red. amp is flashing yellow as well. if anyone can help me or give information it would be greatly appreciated. i just put a new cluster in the car, the vin has been assigned to my car. i just want to be able to listen to music and be able to enjoy the car.

you can try get 2 most fiber optic loop, take out the two Bluetooth modules in the trunk and plug in the fiber optic loop where the Bluetooth modules used to connect

Did you buy it like this or did it go bad?
Find out which audio system you have. There are three the audio system is
not the Head Unit . Find out which options you have. Find out which Most Bus
Modules you have in the Trunk Area.
If you have a Amplifier in the rear Driver Side wheel well check for water in that area.
Any aftermarket devices installed?

Use Mdecoder.com to check which options are installed in the 6xx range.
Check that battery voltage.
Run diagnostics BMW standard tools and Ista D recommended.

It might be good to run Inpa Functional jobs F3 and F4 to see which module
the car see's and is communication with. This is also displayed on one of the
Ista Screens but doesn't have as much detail about the modules.
