Ncs expert error ?

Hey all , had this working fine on my old laptop installed it all as it was and having this error come up when I try connect via cas , it's reading the vin so its connecting ok. Inpa and ista are working fine also ... Tried updating sp daten to no avail..

Checked cable settings and all seem fine, latency is set to 1 and I've tried the switch on the cable..
