Rattling in the passenger side front door
anyone have a diagram of the assembly or know how to dis-assemble the door interior to take a look inside for a 2006 325i?

i would, but i had bad experience about this whole 'rattling problem'. i've gone back multiple times for rattling/noises from the car that had 3k miles. you make an appointment, wait for 2 weeks, take the car in for an inspection, they might not hear the noise, so you make another appointment, wait for another week or two, test again, if lucky, they find the problem. you make an another appointment when the part is in, wait, take the car back and install.
i appreciate their effort but it's really inconvenient to having to go back serveral times to get one thing fixed. when i had my car in for the recall, i told them about the rattling problem but they didn't do anything to it. instead they told me to make another appointment (yeah right...). if i could just bypass the whole 'test and show' part and having to pay for it i probably will, but you know it doesn't work for them that way. |
