Exhaust rattle with straight pipes

On one of my e92 there's an exhaust rattle now. It's not on idle, but up to 3k RPMS it's very loud, after that it's either drowned out or not rattling. I have straight pipes so I'm pretty sure the AGA kit is out of the question. The flap plug was already disconnected in trunk. Any suggestions? could it still be the flap?

Thanks.
