Assume we have good basics, engine running, cleared codes. Good battery and attempted to use the roof with the engine running?

Yeah, all codes were cleared except for the 9E71 since that one wasn't able to be cleared. Attempted afterwards (with engine running) and still no luck with getting the convertible roof to come down. I doubt it's the battery, I got it replaced and registered with OE battery earlier this year.

Did you get your top fixed? I’m having a similar problem. When I try to open the top, the front windows won’t go down. The back windows go down, but the process stops. The top will fully open if I put the front windows down first, what scanner have you tried? Thanks, Mike 817-846-0632 DFW Texas.
