is my strut blown? picture attached

all four of the struts showing broken orange part. Do i need to change them?

That's the bump stop. Depending on how damaged they are, you can ignore. They do serve a purpose, but I don't know if it would be worth it to replace just those without a full rebuild. The struts/shocks are good until you see them leaking. Then the internal seals are blown. Put it on your things to do list, and see if you get around to it.

I have the same issue, mostly in the rear. There are videos online of people cutting bump stops in half, then gluing them in place. It is a cheap part, so this may be a temporary solution.
