Okay what is the purpose of Blacklines?

Seriously, it must be a coincidence of the angle and mixed lighthing (from inside of the car to sunny outside)...either that or my immense photography skills make everything look better

Where can I find the best price on Black Line Tail Lights? I found them on Ebay for $299 + shipping. Any recomendations?

i just got them installed yesterday. imo, the car looks so much better. the lines follow together with the trunk lid.

If you buy those blacklines from ebay for 299.99 + shipping, you'd better get 2 pairs!!! morristown BMW has them for like 180 shipped, dont pay more than 200

blacklines have no purpose as it is a cosmetic mod.other than to make your car different from the pack, it has no other value.

Does anyone have a BMW part number for these items if they are an OEM replacement?

Are they easy to fit yourself?

Very easy to do yourself. Pull the clips that hold the carpet lining on the trunk lid and the clips for the carpeting inside the trunk then just unclip the wiring harness and unbolt the originals. Save the nuts and bolt in the blacklines, clip the wiring harness back on put the carpet lining back in place and you're ready to go.

I'm not sure if the part number has been shared here. I know that some members have sourced their euro taillights from european members who switched out to blacklines. You might want to ask around. Or PM bavarian19, he had a set of euro taillights (and blacklines for that matter) at 1 point. He may be able to give you the part number and you can see if you can order that part at your dealership.
