OEM brake hard lines are not standard size

I need to reflare and replace a flare nut on one of my brake hard lines. Due to the black coating, BMW brake hard lines are thicker than the standard 3/16. I tried a few different brands of flare nuts but they obviously do not fit.

What is the correct way to approach this? Drill out the flare nut? Can't seem to find a BMW specific flare nut with the larger inner diameter.

Standard flare nuts fits if you remove the paint from the OEM brake line.
