Hit a deer!

On my way to work the other day, whilst totally doing the speed limit, I had a fun encounter with a deer...

Fortunately luck was on my side that day, and I managed to swerve and miss the most of it, but seem to have a fun crack on the side now.

Any DIY fixes you can recommend? Or is it a replacement of the panel?
