E92 broken armrest locking motor

Hello,
I own a 2007 e92 330d cabrio and the electric locking mechanism in the armrest does not work properly.
Every time the car unlocks (the doors), the armrest storage unlocks too, of course.
The problem is, there's this brief noise/rattle, for one second, coming from the armrest storage, which is very unpleasant and the locking system does not work too.

I've searched everywhere but nobody seemed to have this problem.

The questions are:
- do I need to disassembly the whole center console? Not a problem, just to know.
- Can you tell me the correct spare part code?

Here there's the link to a brief video of mine:

Thanks!
Daniel
