Only 12 PSI? Boost Leak Help

Have a 2011 335i n55, Had this problem for a while now where my boost is capping at 10-12 psi if that is when my target psi is seeing 16-19. I have taken to 3 indie mechanics in north jersey and all 3 have not been able to find this problem, even with smoke tests and pressure tests. Below are mods, logs and codes.

Logs:
https://datazap.me/u/synnisterrr/log...og=0&data=4-20

Codes:
2906 - Suspicion of leaks between turbocharger and intake valves. (seen like twice)
2C90 - Blow-off valve: Clamp closed. (seen after mechanic visit)
2774 - Air volume, plausibility: Air volume too high. (seen a lot)
29d8 - Intake air temperature - charge air temperature, comparison: Intake air temperate too high. (Seen a couple times)
2BC0 - Mixture Control: Fuel-air mixture too lean. (seen once)
290A - Intake air temperature sensor: multiple fault. (Shadow)
2C42 - Mixture control: Multiple fault. (Shadow)

Mods:
BMS Intake
VRSF Chargpipe
VRSF Downpipe
VRSF 5" Intercooler
Turbosmart Divertvalve

Tune:
MHD Stage 2+ 93 oct, xhp stage 3

I reset both my trans and engine tune back to stock and am still under pressure so this is not tune related. I am beginning to lose my attraction for this car as it feels like its only 300hp. Other than low boost the car runs fine, no crank or stall issues and the only codes that have spit are the ones mentioned above.

What I have done already is replaced turbo, replaced dv valve, tighten meth bung screws, and smoke tested and still cannot figure out why I am under boost

If anyone has any ideas lmk, and Ik this is a thread that has been posted but everytime its just a cracked o ring in cp and mine isn't.

Your WOT duration must be quite brief if your RPM peak is just above 4k. For general knowledge purposes the JB4 logs many more parameters than MHD and BMS helped me identify my boost solenoid issue from a JB4 log. You can test boost solenoids with an inexpensive vacuum pressure test device.

Understood, would a faulty boost solenoid throw a code, I know of 30ff but have never seen it, thanks for your feedback.

Not in my case. If you need to replace them only go with Pierburg cause there's a bunch of non functional new ones on the market out of asia that don't work.
