335d fuel system issues after deleting

I recently fully deleted my 335d. Egr dpf and everything. Purchased Malone stage 2.9 tune, car goes into limp under full throttle at around 3000rpm. Getting codes 4560 rail pressure plausibility, 4AF6 zero volume injection injector 3, 4b26 zero amount injector cyl 6, 4AE5 and zero flow adaptation cyl 2. Logged Rail pressure requested vs actual and I’m seeing some variation. Which is why 4560 is being thrown. However my fuel pump has no problem making 1700 ish fuel pressure which is what it is rated for stock. Are these injector codes a result of low rail pressure or could bad injectors be the cause of 4560. Car also under full throttle at low speeds vibrates like a misfire or something is occurring.

Looks like the tune exposed some injectors that need replacing.

Before tearing into fuel system, do 2 things. Change fuel filter and dump some hot shots extreme in a fresh tank of fuel. Use heavy dose.

Just did this, physical misfiring feeling has stopped just have cleaned the injectors a bunch. However still going into limp at high rail pressures. Cleared codes, I am now getting 4560, 4570 before I was getting 4560 and 4570 then getting injector codes. this makes me think that whatever rail pressure issue is causing the injectors to throw codes not the injectors themselves. This could be a regulator possibly? Just bought 2 new injectors because which sucks cause it might be my hpfp or a simple regulator.

Protool or testo? Log rail pressure actual vs requested....report back.

@maryjane I do have a couple of logs from bimmer link so the resolution sucks and it’s in table format🤦 I’ll send them though. This is such a horrible way to catalog, however first column is rpm, second is rail pressure actual, third is setpoint, 5th is deviation. Might need to invest in a real datalogger
